All clients or responsible family members are contacted and notified that the scheduled caregiver cannot make it to the scheduled assignment. It is the decision of the client or family member as to whether the visit should be rescheduled or whether a replacement caregiver should be sent. In the case of inclement weather, we may not always be able to send a replacement..

You can submit a two-week notice to cancel if you no longer need services. If you need to decrease the number of hours or days your loved one gets care, you can make permanent schedule changes with a one-week notice.

The first step is to contact our office to schedule a free homecare consultation. A care coordinator will meet with you to discuss your needs, answer your questions, and give additional information about services. If you partner with us, the care coordinator will perform a complimentary home care assessment and develop a care plan that outlines services for your loved one. Call us at  774-552-8684 to get started or get more information.

Our weekday rates are the same Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays have different rates. If you have any questions about our rates, please call us.

Our service agreement is clear and transparent, there are no hidden fees. The most typical additional cost you may incur is mileage when you ask your caregiver to run errands in their vehicle.

We conduct comprehensive background checks and prioritize hiring compassionate, empathetic, and honest individuals. Our caregivers undergo rigorous training, including specialized instruction for conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.

Although we do not provide medical care, our caregivers offer professional personal care services for older adults with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other challenging medical conditions.

Care plans are fully customizable and developed in collaboration with clients and their families. We regularly review and adjust plans to accommodate evolving needs, ensuring client satisfaction remains our top priority.
