Our team at Cape and Islands Home Health Care, LLC. is made up of Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Live-In Caregivers. We can provide care ranging from as little as 6 hours per day, up to 24-hour care, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
